Storage Sense - Aiken

Your onsite manager, Alicia, is the best representative of a store that I have seen in many many years.

Will recommend your business to others because of the great job she does.

Update: 11/16/24 Alicia, the on site manager is still absolutely amazing.

Only issue is the corporation keeps raising their rates.

2 rate increases this year. 3 in last 12 months or so. They should only do rate increase on new customers or new move ins.

Both Alicia and Autumn have been incredibly helpful. They helped me determine the appropriate size units and have helped me with a couple of different start dates. They made using the app incredibly easy too.

Update 8 months later …
The climate controlled units worked well. After 8 months of storage not a single item (furniture, clothes, etc.) was damaged or moldy. The security was good. Even during the aftermath of Hurricane Helene the facility was managed well. Alicia was a good communicator and was quick to answer any questions or concerns.
