Excellent Storage Facility.

The storage units are damaged and they are not waterproof. They are not weatherproof at all. We paid for two years to store our possessions and ended up throwing everything in the trash because everything got wet and covered in mold. Every month the rent went up claiming It was for expenses in maintaining the storage facilities which was a joke they did nothing to improve this place. It was the most expensive facility I ever rented from. And then we wait two months for them to send this paperwork to sign to end our contract. included is just a few photos showing the ceiling that it was wet and covered in mold as well as our possessions were wet and covered in mold. We did have insurance on our storage unit but I am sure they will find a way to keep that money too.

The staff I dealt with were professional, helpful and genuinely seemed to care. They were patient and kind and made the processes easy.
