Storage Sense - Bird in Hand

It was great from the beginning till the end !! The managerial staffed customer service is excellent for their knowledge & expertise as well as their willingness to assist the management team 'at' the property ;) It was perfection !! Easy is the best word to describe. Plus working on your unit with a beautiful farm in front of you was lovely and calming...and horses rolling in the grass was a sweet show to see when in my unit. I loved that !!! :-D

The staff are quick responding to concerns and issues, very respectful. There was a mapping error that had a unit we were assigned listed as one size but it was much smaller, it was able to hold us over for our furniture delivery. When staff arrived upon opening they were quick to resolve the issue with a unit close by to the unit we recieved in error.

I secured a storage unit online, then was immediately contacted by a representative to make sure all of my questions were answered. The unit was clean and I had absolutely no problems at the facility.

They were very kind and pick up the phone. Every time you call for a question, I appreciate it. Thank you.
