Storage Sense - Branson West

Rented a spot for my camper. The facility is secluded and secure. The only negative thing was that it was difficult to find my spot. I had to call for help because there is no one at the location.

December 2024.: checked on my boat and found the security gate was propped open and bungeed to the fence. Based on other reviews here it appears it had been that way for at least 6 weeks. Anyone could enter the property and take whatever they wanted to take.

When I called to report the issue I was told there was an open maintenance ticket, but they couldn’t tell me how long the lot had been unsecured or when it would be addressed. I asked that a manager call me back with more information but I never received a call.

I cancelled my storage agreement with Storage Sense and I moved my boat to another storage place where security is taken more seriously.
