Storage Sense - Canonsburg

Terrible company. Ever since they took over this complex all they have done is raise prices and make it hard to have any customer service. I bet they have close to doubled my rent in the last two years. They also hit you with absurd monthly 'insurance' fees and charges. They make it next to impossible to prove to them that you have coverage somewhere else. And then they charge you crazy monthly amounts for the insurance. Their units are old and gross and look like they're about to fall over. Good luck getting any customer service from them either. I highly recommend staying away from them and I'm going to be moving my storage to another company ASAP!

Excellent customer service.

I moved from NV to PA and needed storage for furniture. We had all kinds of issues with selling and moving but Storage Sense was the only place that things went smoothly. Brian went above and beyond and made sure we had no headaches with our storage. He was excellent to deal with and very professional and helpful. Highly recommend.

Good overall experience. Lack of 24 hour access is a downfall of the experience. Not everyone works regular daytime hours and limits their ability to get into their units. Cameras and Gate codes which you have should already for 24 hour access. Rates being bumped up at the same time being told that no one would be manning the office(cutting overhead) is also kind of a slap in the face to your tenants. Otherwise good experience
