The ladies in the office were very helpful and friendly. Everything was quick and simple. We needed a storage unit quickly after our apartment complex in town had a fire and we all had to move out. It was great for what we needed at the time on short notice. Loved the option for a very small unit as we didn’t need a very big one at all. Original price was very worth it. Unfortunately when it went up almost double (and without us realizing/ being told about it), it was no longer worth it. Apparently after 6 months the price goes up. At that point we decided to just downsize/ donate/ sell those items, as it would be more worth it to just replace if we needed them later on rather than to pay so much for them to sit in a shed.
