Not even worth talking about this place you pay for security your given a gate code there's no gate not worth the money

I’ve rented a unit for almost 4 years since my daughter was in college. It helped so much with not needing to bring all her belongings 500 miles home every break. The unit was great, the staff was amazing and now that my daughter is graduating and we no longer need the unit, the move out process was smooth and easy. Thank you!

Elaine at storage sense Newville location honestly saved this review from being 1 star on the trindle location’s page. During my college move in day, I went to get my stuff from storage and the lock that had been on my unit was REMOVED AND REPLACED with another lock that needed a key. No one was in the office (like always). We called the Newville location as a last resort to open the unit and Elaine went above and beyond for us. She left her store after her shift and came to our locations to help us out. I would give 10 stars if I could.
