Storage Sense - Charlottesville

Great to have a temperature controlled storage unit with plenty of access hours!

Derrick was very helpful with getting my reservation completed. He was very patient because my reservation wasn’t showing as it should. So, he took the time to reach out to his colleague for assistance to complete my reservation. He then showed me where my unit was located and how to use the access code to access the building. It was greatly appreciated how he had such patience and didn’t mind helping me. He I have great customer service skills, a great asset.

I walked in and secured a storage unit very quickly. Excellent customer service. Very clean, well run storage facility. I looked at quite a few facilities in the Charlottesville area and ultimately went with Storage Sense. Highly recommend!
