Storage Sense - Charlottesville

I am seriously impressed by this facility. It costs less than a much more run-down option I looked at. It feels secure, clean, and efficient. The whole facility is climate and temp controlled. The process of renting a unit was really efficient and the employee who helped us was super helpful and informative. I like that they provide carts for our use and the doors are electronic. So far, I am really pleased.

I have visited storage sense approximately 3 times (3030 Vision Lane). I noticed unanimous customer service that exceeded the bar between their service representatives (William, Taylor, and Kip). Despite neither of the members being in the same vicinity as each other, they all ensured smooth and knowledgeable transitions into getting you exactly what was needed. Any person would be fortunate and helped greatly by any of these members at this location.
