Storage Sense - Charlottesville

The storages are very good, the only detail is that you have to put the code on the door to enter many times.

The gentleman who helped me over the phone was so organized and quickly found the right size storage unit for my things. I haven’t been to the facility yet but I’m confident both units will be enough.
Your company has gone above and beyond to help me feel secure in my move and storing my furniture. The professionalism and duty to the client is second to none.
I was caught outside the facility in the rain and the manager stood out in the weather with me to make sure I got in safely. The climate controlled units are very well maintained. I’m just not ever going to use another storage facility. Thank you Storage Sense!

Reserving online was easy. The facility is clean and well lit.
I would suggest to set the timer on the access door a little longer to allow multiple carts to enter at a time
We're not so happy that after six months the monthly rental fee increased by $100. We can understand a small increase of $15-25 but $100 is excessive.

William was super friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. I gave 3 stars because on my most recent visit to drop off a few large totes, I was denied access/entry. I called from the back entrance & was told that the door wasn't working. (I can see that) I then had to repack the totes into my car, drive around front & unpack (again), and go through the front entrance. There should have been some sort of signage that the door wasn't functioning.
Overall, the experience was fine. The location was super convenient. The continuous increase in cost is a B! How is the small unit $200??! That's ridiculous. I had to vacate my unit bc of the price per month.
