For climate control this pad fails. I have damaged totes with water from the unit a comciderable amount of damages assessment is my result from paying onetime at this location of clermont NJ.
No one from this place reached out to help. The gate was open all the time that ads no security. As a result my storage unit had door lock damage. When the facility and manager was informed 3 month prior nothing was done. As a result to the incompetence I moved out. Now after a YELP review someone wants to help . Only because I posted it to everyone. My suggestion don't use storage sense at c the clermont location. They showed they don't care.
