The individual helping me was so sweet, (I forgot her name) she made sure everything was good and even gave me a gift bag for being a new customer!! I have enjoyed my experience thus far.

Not only did she stay late for me so I could make the payment, I believe her name is Meredith and I could be wrong god I hope I’m not cuz she was absolutely amazing!!! I am going through a very bad situation (hidden devices and cameras were found in my home) so I’m having to move very suddenly and she made everything go so smooth for me !!! Thank yo hai very much! It’s the little things and this was HUGE!!! Not everyone would have stayed late at work just for me to be able to get my unit in time plus 48 access to get it all in !!! Amazing !!!

The staff was very quick to respond, nice, and helpful

Rented a storage unit today. Everything went great and the manager was super helpful and guiding me in the right size would definitely recommend for price and location.
