Had some difficulty getting set up online I called them and they were able to set me up with a unit minutes. Nice people and very helpful.

The absolute worst customer service and storage facility in Louisville and maybe in greater Kentucky writ large. This facility also likes to raise rates around 100% per year if you already have a full storage because they know you won't want to go through the trouble of moving your stuff, but they charge new unit renter's low rates to bait and switch them into joining. On top of that, they surreptitiously added insurance coverage I never requested or consented to and are still trying to charge me for that. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!

I would highly recommend Storage Sense when searching for a storage unit. Called and Betty gave me all of the information about the unit sizes and cost . So knowledgeable and helpful! 5 stars
