Prices are comparable to other local storage facilities. They had a great promotional deal with a discounted rate for the 1st three months. The 1st month included some extra charges that were only due at the start of the contract. Love that it doesn't close until 10pm. My only complaint is that I haven't been able to find a dumpster or any trash receptacles. You need to hold onto your garbage and throw it away after you leave. However, I haven't seen any trash and the facilities are very clean.
