The lady I spoke to on the phone who helped me get going with my storage unit, was absolutely amazing!! So kind, funny and helpful! I would definitely recommend you guys to everyone I know!!!

Price goes up every month or two. Several other people have complained and either cut back on the number of units or left altogether for storage facilities in nearby Schodack which are about half what I'm paying. When your 3 storage units cost as much as your home mortgage, you know you're getting the shaft. The prior owners kept the grass mowed frequently and didn't let pot holes sit between the units for over a year like storage sense does. Some of these potholes are 5 inches deep yet management leaves them there for a year.
