Storage Sense - East Lansing

Best storage experience I’ve had to date. I knew I would be storing my items here a few minutes after meeting Jayme regardless of price. Little did I know their price was more than right. Typically I wouldn’t write a review but the dedication to customer satisfaction here is unmatched, Jayme remembered me immediately even though I came back much later than I originally mentioned. She showed me around and showed me an indoor unit, then weeks later picked right back up with me and I got an outdoor unit for the year and was pleasantly surprised for once. 5/5 price 5/5 friendly 5/5 real deal. Overall experience was good. Staff is nice and cooperative. Storage is well maintained and safe

The lady at the front desk was very help and very friendly! Everything was quick and easy and so affordable! Definitely recommend!
