Company is a pure bait and switch.

Promised electric in the unit (prior to rental)
Promised paved roads (prior to rental)
Promised easy to contact staff (prior to rental)
Promised market prices (prior to rental)

Post rental. Non of these was delivered.
FIND ANOTHER STORAGE UNIT.

…or ask all of the customer about what they lost in all of the FLOODED UNITS. ( “call your insurance company”). Not being in a flood zone feels like storage 101?

Oh, I do want to mention the NO NOTICE phenomenon rental hike (additional $250??!!)

May I strongly recommend you all go elsewhere.
