Storage Sense - Easton

There were plenty of options for me to choose from and the process to get a unit was simple and straightforward. I’d use their services again.

I've had a storage unit for almost 3 months at this location. The unit sizes are 'approximate' so they are nowhere near the size they say. One time last month I came and couldn't get in because the computer system was down. Lastly I waiting for my paycheck so I was late and was charged $25 that's too much. I payed it and 4 days later their red lock was still on my unit. Unacceptable and corporate never even reached out. If they think I'm going into another month they're delusional. One star because you can't give zero stars.

So far I've been very happy with my experience, staff is very friendly and helpful!
