Storage Sense - Farmville - 2010W - Self Service

We had a natural disaster at our previous storage unit and had to move our surviving items quickly. We found Storage Sense and we're relieved to find that they are less than a mile from our home. The facility itself is very well kept. The interior and exterior of the building are clean and well maintained. The security of the access code and cameras around the building is a great comfort. Another major bonus is that this building is lifted on a tall cement foundation so flooding should not be an issue.

We did need to contact customer service a couple of times with questions. It was easy to get in contact with the agents and they were professional, friendly, and empathetic. The agents were very knowledgeable and driven to resolve our issues. The resolution was prompt and effective.

Overall, a great move in experience and we look forward to continued great experience throughout our time using this facility. So far, definitely worth the cost!

Today, I called to ask a question..was kind of surprised that I actually got to speak to a 'live' person on a Sunday..I was totally grateful for Tessica's help (hope I spelled her name correctly)..Thanks once again for the service I received and the unit is absolutely what I needed!!!
