Their online prices are a lie. Whatever the price is stated online, you can add a minimum of $15.00 or more per month. Just another business unwlling to show honesty and integrity. I am going elsewhere!

So glad I read the bad reviews first before renting. Regular increases and add-fees and bad customer service, you guys are a JOKE!

I did everything online. The location was closed on Sunday and I need a unit. So online you can get a unit and get your access code. Which is great you don’t have to deal with people. But I did have an issue but the 1-800 number was able to fix it since they were closed. On Monday I was able to meet the location manager and finish out whatever was needed. He was very nice and helpful.

All of the staff I have interacted with were very friendly, professional, and helpful. The whole process was transparent and there were no surprise fees. My unit is clean and in good condition.
