Storage Sense - Frazer

Like most storage places, they give you a cheap price in the beginning and then slowly raise the rent over the next few years. On Sunday, January 5 I went to access my unit during their hours of operation. The gate did not work. I called the number. Listen to the automated prompts. Got a woman on the phone who hung up on me Called a second time woman assured me that a manager would be meeting me there at 8 AM to let me in I went back and waited till about 8:15 and called again now the third woman I spoke to tells me that they are closed on Sundays and I will just have to come back Monday. It sounded like she was talking from a payphone. The connection was so bad. The manager that I was told was going to meet me and never came and after 20 minutes of arguing, the woman reluctantly gave me the code to enter the person gate on the left, still denying me access to the gate to bring my truck into the facility
