Storage Sense - Grovetown

I haven’t had any issues with the business. The manager, Melanie, is great. She’s responsive and never had a problem with her. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because after my promotional rate expired, the monthly fees went up twice since I’ve had the unit for almost 2 years.

Melanie was very nice and open to questions. Very informative. Recommend

The process was very easy and well managed. Everything was explained into detail and easy to understand. I would shop them again in the near future.

The staff is very nice and attentive, but seniors there is a discount you can get that they don't tell you about and you have to ask for it. I am really tired of companies banging customers over the head, first for things you don't want and then not giving you the same pricing that they offer to new customers.
