I’m an Army Service Member and I’ve been with storage sense since 2021 it was a different company when I started using them. They were A1 and the customer service was top notch. After 3 years I returned today, August 8, 2024, to get some of my stuff out of storage and it had a different lock. I called the company on Lincoln Road and was immediately met with an ATTITUDE by Julia…Julie or something to that effect. She was mad that she had to come from Lincoln Road office to Oak Grove Road office to help. I’m telling you if y’all would have heard the tone she was using with me, y'all would have been pissed too. After we settled matters I asked her what is all the attitude for. Even my co worker that had came with me was like ma’am what’s your problem. I told her to FIX HER ATTITUDE before I fix it for her. I then called back and spoke to another lady name Katie or Kathy. She was very helpful. Julie needs to be gone I don’t care if it was her 1st Day or not because today my uniform saved you.
