Storage Sense - Hazle Township

wayyyy to over priced if you want a 10x10 its $151 rent plus a $15 insurance and if its late by 2 days its a $30 late fee totaling $200. not worth it. also when called and vented about situation gave no 0 help. Also they automatically take my money out 6 days after with the late fee .

The origional unit i was to use had a tough latch to open on it and the rep in the office knew it. After he sent me off to the unit he walked up and told me he was gonna put me into a different unit thats easier for me. He even gave me a lock after we realised that the one i had purchased was not going to fit. Very pleasant and accomodating.

Honestly It was the way I was the way I was greeted and treated by the gentleman, Kadden. He was extremely polite and helpful.
The unit was spotless and huge. Thank you for your help and patience with me.
