Storage Sense - Hi-Nella

I got a phone call saying I get my refund back but they still trying to charge my card for a unit I never was able to use service really sucks ......Paid for a unit online and every time I go to Access it it's a lock I told someone already they was supposed to get back to me I call all the time no answer even txt the number that they gave me to send a pic of the lock on the unit I just paid for nd never used, nobody got back to me I go up there nobody ever there and it's a lock still on there and they don't want to give my money back for something I never had a chance to use because someone still has a lock on the unit they gave me.

I had reserved a unit online. I went in to get my unit, but no one was there. I called and no one answered. There's no security gate, so anyone could drive up with bolt cutters and cut your lock off. I peeked in the window, there was trash everywhere, one small table with a laptop on it, nothing else. Very sketchy. I canceled my reservation

The storage locker is clean and well lit at night.
