Storage Sense - Hi-Nella

I used this storage facility for a few months, there was never anyone there bc they are based out of Paoli. I could only go during the day bc a couple times I did go at night I was uncomfortable bc homeless ppl was living in the storage unit. I tried to call and never received a call back. The place had trash from other tenants and it seemed to only get cleaned up once a month. That looks trashy! The only time they reached out to me was for payment and at that point I knew they didn’t care. It’s about the money, maybe they should not have a facility if they can’t maintain the property and care about the units on a daily basis!

It went smoothly and everything was explained well.

After my sister in law passed away we had 10 days to clean out her apartment. Storage sense was easy, affordable and the customer service was excellent! We highly recommend them!

I appreciate how clean this establishment is I like the easy access I just think the prices for a 5×5 is a little pricey
