I didn’t have an account with them, but my bf did, I made 1 payment for him MONTHS ago. And they keep trying to take money from me. I’ve emailed, and left a voicemail trying to dispute it. But they keep trying. I want it to stop. I DONT OWE MONEY IF I DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT.

I would also like to get it sorted out so that I can use my primary banking app again. I refuse to pay for something that isn’t mine. I was simply helping my bf out. It was supposed to be a 1 time payment.
