I was impressed with hospitality, helpfulness, and practical wise advice of Orlaina to customers, including lock method info and gate method and offering Kurig coffee and showing unit and otherwise meeting needs with great attitude. My impression is it is great place to rent. Storage unit is very clean, as is restroom she maintains, despite customer accidents.
