Storage Sense - Irmo

Storage sense in Irmo were extremely helpful. They welcomed me in last minute, and they made sure it was a smooth process!

When I left, they worked with me and gave a me a grace period to pick up my armchair and twin frame by to avoid paying for the full month. I got it on the 4th of a month.

They are MORE than accommodating and understanding. I knew my things were secure there from the texts with movement, to them taking measures to keep bugs and mice out, to them working with my budget. They were compassionate and great! I will use them in the future!

I would highly think twice about ever using this place. Absolutely rude and disgusting customer service
On top of that moving rent of a unit from less then $50 a month to over $74 for an small outdoor nonac unit
When you online are giving free months or new customers

As soon as I can move out I’m gone
