Storage Sense - Ithaca

My experience has been good for the most part. If I could add one thing it would be to add trash and recycling.

I have never dealt with a storage company that is this unprofessional with such poor customer service. After paying for a unit for a year and a half and had an emergency they not only wouldn't help me by making one phone call their attitude was basically ' tough acct'

Really nice storage facilities.

After contract period, they tried to charge additional. Kind of Harassment.
