Had a good experience employees were very helpful and professional.

NO STARS!!! CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!! Please read and consider this to be a 100% TRUTHFUL WARNING....STORAGE SENSE engages in ILLEGAL CONDUCT. I was personally victimized by their tactics which included: RAISING MY RATE WITHOUT EVEN NOTIFYING ME, PREVENTING PERSONS FROM MAKING ONLINE PAYMENTS, thereby causing late fees, INTIMIDATING FEMALE CUSTOMERS with verbal abuse, THEN PUTTING LOCKS ON STORAGE UNITS and DENYING CUSTOMERS ACCESS TO THEIR BELONGINGS!!! They did all of this (and more) to me personally. Praying in Jesus Name these predatory practices do not happen to anyone else. In the meantime, I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE PEOPLE TO STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IN ANY STATE in which they may be operating!!!!

It was very convenient, nice staff and clean storage units

The staff at our location refused to take our bank card....and our cash. Plus everyone kept telling me that they had no listing for our storage shed. After a very frustrating phone conversation my husband got it taken care of only after I had cried over the phone to one lady about their customer service
