Caleb was extremely helpful and easy to talk to, after attempting to deal with several other storage companies it was a relief to find one with an employee that was informative and helpful!

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a storage facility. You must fill out the application online because there is no one on site at this location. However, the online application didn’t fill in any of my information into the lease agreement. I would do it over if the owner ever sends me the link to fill it out. I have owned this storage unit for 72 hours and my gate code still doesn’t work. The manager never answers the phone but thankfully customer support set me up with a temporary gate code. Two stars because the best quality storage unit I purchased is very clean and easily accessible. Will update my review if this ever gets resolved.
