Storage Sense - Littlestown - Self Service

Clean, easy experience!

I have been trying to reach the manager since 1/20/25 due to the snow to see if they plowed and as of today 1/23/25 @ 7 pm I am still waiting for a call back.

They may be a decent storage facility but there LACK of customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I did everything online and when I went to my storage unit there was no lock. I was a little confused so I opened the unit and saw it was not empty, and there was a pile of someone’s belongings. I called customer service. They were able to get me a new unit quickly and made sure the new one was cleaned out. I did have to pay a little more a month for the new unit ($13) since it was closer to the entrance. So far it’s been good.

The staff was polite also the unit was very clean upon arrival .
