Storage Sense - Littlestown - Self Service

My father has a storage unit here. He passed away last summer. It's been incredibly difficult for my mom and I alone to get into the unit to clean it out. With all of the other bills, we've forgotten to pay the storage on time due to funeral costs. We've tried contacting them several times, and it's become obvious that upon hearing of his death, they're willing to do whatever it takes to just auction off his belongings. From random fees to hiking up late fees, the people running storage sense have zero conscience, consideration, or understanding.

The people on the phone were fine to deal with but I would prefer having someone on site. My door lock does not line up on the unit which makes it difficult for me to get it open. The roll up door is very old and not easy to open. It makes it difficult for me to go into the unit by myself because it takes two of us to open the roll up door. I think it needs some maintenance. The unit itself is clean. I had to spray bumble bee spray around the door because the wood is not covered with metal so they are everywhere. It just seems that some maintenance is required on this premises.

Easy to get to and load.

They won't work with you if you fall behind, they just sell your property. Plus, They go in your locker and take your items, but there are no cameras so there is no way to prove it.
