Storage Sense - Metuchen

With no change whatsoever to facilities or services, Storage Sense Methuchen has consistently raised prices at an astronomical pace. I’ve been storing here about 4 years and the hikes are STEEP. They have raised my rent twice in the last 13 months and not by 5%. I understand the business model of storage is incremental price hikes, but my monthly rent went from $139 (total $164.20) in October 2023 to now December 2024 it’s $170 (total $197.25). That’s an EXTRA $372 per year they are CLEARING in pure revenue (that doesn’t include taxes and insurance— I am out $396 more per year). That is just greed. Perhaps motivated by competition but greed nonetheless.

Michelle at the front desk is hands down one of the most helpful people and she's extremely respectful!!!

I love to use this place, they will work with you.Wow at first I was going to leave, the new office Manager, has changed my mind completely, she makes storage since a place I would like to stay at. I love the price match
