Michele was exceptional at helping me late on a Saturday, she got us all set up so that we could drop off our equipment as needed in the wee hours on Monday morning and they were closed on Sunday. Thus far I'm very impressed and highly recommend them.

Having never had an experience with storage units, I found the manager, Michele, to be very helpful. Friendly and professional, she answered all of my questions. She took her time to explain everything and made the process easy. The facility was clean and easy to get into. So far, I am very happy with this facility.
Update, 1+ year: I continue to be very happy with my local Storage Sense facility. This place is very clean and easily accessible . The manager,Michele, is absolutely wonderful. She always has a smile on her face and is extremely helpful. Michele makes each of my trips there a cheerful one.
