Constant rent increase, for horrible units. If you are looking for a storage unit, go to columbia storage, they are better priced and better units then this place. This place was way better when
Stephanie was running it.

If I could give a zero star, I would. You expect me to pay a late fee when there's no one to answer the calls, and there is no one at the office when I go there. I don't have keys to get to my unit since the doors were changed and you expect me to pay for my rent every month, that's very unprofessional.
Does the manager even listen to the voicemails being left?

Hours posted are 930a-530p, it’s 5p and the office is closed. Can never get the manager on the phone but want you to pay cash for an overdue balance. Now the last day of my auction the office is going to be closed???? Poor service, the customer service line doesn’t ever know what to do.
