Got this unit and new owners took over the second month. They are hardly ever in the office, nor do they know how to answer the phone. My rent increased by $30 and $15 insurance was added to the monthly bill. I removed my belongings when they decided, yet again, to increase the price. And my furniture was damaged by a rat...which I found, dead, in the unit while moving my belongings out. Unfortunately, that rat managed to naw on just about every piece of furniture...some antique pieces and a few hand made pieces, none of which can be replaced. And also...several items on one side of the unit were covered in mold. Lady in office wasn't too concerned. I have a second unit with another business, eagle storage, and they are awesome!
