Been paying for this climate controlled unit months before the hurricane happened no noticeable issues. We paid our rent they kept our things safe. Along comes the hurricane no power no climate control didn't bother to call and check on us. We left them messages once their phone lines were back active never called us back. When we finally got in touch with him by calling them again they let us know that it was an act of God and that doesn't affect the price Even though it's been almost more than 6 weeks without power.
