Ordered unit online. Access code was incorrect and I couldn’t access. However, the number for customer service was able to help me after hours. All and all it worked out

Easy to rent, instant gate code, easy to find unit. All in all, very good experience.

I have rented three or four times, my stuff when I move and for my yard sale. I really like that nobody can come in without a code. You don’t have worries about someone breaking in. I just love it, even when I have to go little far than before.
