Storage Sense - Nicholasville - 1040 Elizabeth Street

After just a few months, they hit me with a 20% price increase, charging more for my unit than a same size units with more features, like temp control and alarm. Claiming 'inflation' cost increase is total BS, 20% is an outrageous random increase. They also conveniently lost the insurance paperwork I submitted when set up the rental and started charging me $15 extra per month. I had to resolve that issue from overseas. I initially set my card up for auto pay, win win for both sides, right? After a month or so they sent rude emails demanding I sign a release for the autopay. I just started paying monthly. Poorly run, poor service, bait and switch.... avoid.

Also, in a similar review below, a StorageSense rep tries to mitigate a negative review by reaching out here to offer assistance. For audience info, I have called and emailed Storage Sense customer already to try to resolve this unreasonable rate increase to avoid moving. The rep on the phone told me to give 10 days notice before I move and the email went unanswered.

Someone in corporate office didn't play Hot Dog Stand in grade school....

Great experience in setting up my storage unit. Lauren made the process quick and went out of her way to meet my needs. Would highly recommend.
