I booked my storage with a 3rd party company and my heart sank when I got a call the next day because I thought for sure they were going to tell me they didn't actually have an opening for my camper, as had been the case in the past. Instead they were calling to welcome me and give me all of the information I needed to move in that day! Management was amazing to work with, I got all of my documents sent over, and we moved in after work that evening. Such a simple process versus my experience with other storage companies.
