Storage Sense - Ocean City - Self Service

Couldn’t get ahold of anyone at the storage locations, got disconnected every time I called.

When we were moving, we were unsure how much storage we would need. We booked two units and only needed one. Brittany helped us through the entire process over the phone and made it so easy. Once we moved our belongings into storage, we only needed one unit. Brittany refunded us and adjusted everything to reflect the one unit. It was so easy. We will be customers with storage sense for a very long time!

Mistakes were corrected prices were Fair moving in was actually easy I'm grateful to have the space... Update I've been extremely pleased with my service

Easy, affordable, exactly what I was looking for. The phone system, trying to speak to someone to discuss my options was frustrating, but overall happy with experience because it worked out.
