Their facility seems to be a very good place for storage, specially because of the place being ventilated. However, i feel like this company do not care about its customers. I rented a unit during the summer of ‘22 to store my dorm belongings while I’m not in school so when I moved back into school in september I didn’t really need it so I called and canceled my unit but they kept on telling me that a manager was going to call me to move on with cancellation, and was going to put a note on my account to make sure it’s dealt with. But i never received any calls and they kept charging me every month. I called every time till december. They just kept saying the same thing to me till one of the representatives realized that I have been calling and seeing that I have multiple notes on my account for cancellation. She then said that she was able to take off my payment info from the account so they could stop charging me. So a representative could actually get it situated, but I just didn’t get why it had to end up that way. I also asked her how I will be reimbursed for the months of October to December but she said that it is out of her control and a manager will call me on that matter, and again I haven’t received any calls. To be honest I’m still on the lookout for a charge on my account hence the distrust that i now feel for this place.
New owners! Lousy, broken moving carts (one shopping cart) a small useless dolly. They billed us one extra month although we had moved out on the 11th, took pictures and notified manager Chris. It took additional time to correct billing error. Mystery owners!!

I would leave 0 stars if possible. RENTER BEWARE!!! I rented from this location because of their “easy” online rental, and let me say that it was anything but easy. I rented on a Saturday and whenever you call for any slight issue, you get redirected to a third party call center based in an area where English is very much a second or third language. After spending 3+ hours dealing with the customer service center, my situation was not resolved and I cancelled my rental. A small town business, whose business model is to outsource all aspects, including the ability to contact the manager is a business that no one should support. Save yourself the headache that I had to go through and support a different business!
