Very easy to make my reservation on line and the staff I did deal with were super nice and explained everything.

Brenda is awesome. She is professional and friendly and thinks about the small details like when the sun is at is hottest and which container would fit my needs. I am so pleased that I met her. And as I was leaving another customer pulled in and thought I was Brenda. He knew her name and was waving hello. That speaks volumes to me of how things are run at the facility.

Brenda Adams was friendly and helpful- even when we had to go to two storage units. She even moved us so the 2 units were right beside each other. It made our life so much easier.

I have to give this company major kudos for their excellent customer service. Despite an appalling lack of planning and foresight by my tenant, they stepped up and delivered extra pods, and promptly picked them up when they said they would. They will actually communicate with their customers, and return calls. Big props especially to Gina, for being extremely professional and addressing the problem presented by a difficult customer.
