Easy move in, easy move out.

Outdoors, fenced but gate always open.

Communication with staff always pleasant and smooth.

I'm not too pleased with 20% increase in monthly cost after six months.
I can never tell if that is supply & demand or just greed.
That's probably a 'me-thing' and not a 'them-thing'.
