Brittany and Kevin take customer service and my storage needs to a whole new level that is unmatched by any facility I have I have ever done business with I highly recommend them for any storage need you have.

Run, run and run from this place!!!!!! Deceitful place, I rented a unit in early December and needed more space for a couple of weeks to sort out my belongings and to combine my contents into one unit. The second unit was done over the phone on December 22 and they sent me the documents to sign but it stated no access to documents. Therefore , there is no bound contract to the second unit, I don’t know if they forged my signature on the contract but customer service kept telling me that they have my signature for the second contract and I never signed any paperwork electronically nor manually. On January 22, I attempted to remove my belongings but was denied access and they withheld my belongings. They are still refusing to allow me to have my belongings while I am still paying over $ 250 for the first unit.
