Storage Sense - Pottstown

Needed a storage unit and fast, had exactly what I needed to accommodate my needs at a competitive price, couldn’t ask for more.

Efficient, complete and friendly. Very clean.

Outside storage was nice with old owner. Storage sense took over and continued to increase rates every 7-8 months. I was and planned to be loyal but ultimately moved to another local storage place once my rate went from $79 to start, all the way up to $179 within 3 years. Now I’m back under $100 at another local secured assigned parking facility to store my trailer. I have no experience with office or other units to speak of. I was on auto pay, like others I’m sure, for just an outside parking space and eventually couldn’t take the increase anymore with no return for the increase. Same asphalt, same gate, same fence just felt used by the company for raising rates for outside parking because they could and have you on autopay.

We had just purchased our first house and were on a very tight timeline to get our stuff out of the old place. We signed up online for a unit. Online reservations were very easy. We did have a little problem with signing our documents but we called the Pottstown location and spoke to a very friendly lady that helped us out. It was at closing time but she wasn't bothered by that and had no issues staying to help us get into our unit that day. We cannot say enough how great they were to us and would definitely use this location again.
