What kind of Storage Unit place refuses to help it's customers with any info when there is a burglary. With many shadey details like no evidence of break in, no video surveillance captured. Beware of keeping your precious items at Westwood location. Because with perfect timing, almost like someone is paying attention and they have the magic key. Your items may turn up missing, and no one will be able to help or offer any info.

Everything would have been great had the manager not of literally robbed me of my deposit. She took x amount from me and promised return after units were emptied. I cleared out both units and even rented an additional unit only to be told 'you only gave me this much' which was actually half of what I actually gave her. I had a receipt showing what I paid n all. Definitely wasn't her first time doing that. Was surprised to see how big of a liar and crappy person she actually was! I tried reaching out to the owner via Facebook but he refuses to respond. I liked that lady to I thought she was super cool until her true colors came out.

Great service anytime

Due to hardship I lost my unit. It was sold for more than I owed. It’s been six weeks and still no check for overage. I have sent many emails, and I’m continually told they due process payments it’s done elsewhere. When your page with payment they have no problem selling unit and yet they are late with refunds.
