Storage Sense - Prattville

We were able to set up most everything online and any help we needed outside of that was given by a friendly staff member.

Overall it's convenient and the customer service is excellent. I have a major concern with paying a $15.00 security fee that suppose to keep my items secure. So help me to understand why you can type in any digit code and press # to enter the building. What happened to the set passcode that's given the time of my money is being collected.That is not safe for people who has purchased a storage because it allows strangers to enter and use it as a livable area or anything could happen. The reason why I said this is because I witnessed this while I was there and the guy entered with a bag of clothes and a drink and didn't come back out. So I believe that every person who has purchased a storage should be refunded due to this. I also spoke with someone about this matter but they was only concerned about well the locks that we purchased are hard to break and the police would be there before they would be able to steal anything.
